  • Payment records: 7 years (UK tax and HMRC compliance).
  • Support tickets: 2 years from resolution.
  • Usage / log data: 90 days rolling.

After the retention period, data is permanently deleted or anonymised.

6. Cookies

  • Essential cookies: required for login sessions and service functionality. Cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies: used to understand how users interact with stormtv.co.uk. You may opt out via your browser settings.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
