Common pricing questions

Which payment methods do you accept?
All major UK-issued credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). Every transaction is SSL-encrypted and processed through a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We never store your card number.
What is your refund policy?

Do subscriptions auto-renew?
No. StormTV never auto-charges your card. We send you a reminder a few days before your subscription ends, and you choose whether to renew — usually at the same price you originally paid.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Email [email protected] at any time and we’ll prorate the difference between your current plan and the longer one.
How many devices can I use?
One device per subscription. The IBO Player app is what we officially support — install it on your Firestick, Smart TV, MAG, or phone, log in once, and you’re streaming.
