Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the acceptable use of StormTV’s IPTV services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Permitted Use

Our services are provided for:

  • Personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
  • Viewing on devices you own or control
  • Use within your household in the United Kingdom
  • Legal consumption of streaming content

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Share your credentials: share, sell or distribute your login information to others.
  • Redistribute content: copy, record, redistribute or rebroadcast any content from our service.
  • Commercial use: use our service for commercial or public display purposes (bars, hotels, cafes, restaurants, gyms, etc.) without explicit written authorisation.
  • Circumvent security: attempt to bypass, disable or circumvent any security features.
  • Reverse engineer: decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the StormTV platform or IBO Player.
  • Illegal activities: use our service for any illegal purpose or to access illegal content.
  • Harmful actions: transmit viruses, malware or engage in any activity that disrupts our service.
  • Multiple connections: use more connections than your subscription allows (1 device per subscription).
  • VPN abuse: use VPNs to access region-restricted content not licensed for the UK market — this may negatively affect service quality.

4. Device Limits

Each StormTV subscription includes a specific number of simultaneous connections — one (1) device per subscription. Using more devices than your plan allows may result in service interruption or account suspension. If your household needs multiple simultaneous streams, additional subscriptions are available with a 10% multi-line discount — contact us for details.

5. Fair Use

We reserve the right to limit or throttle accounts that exhibit unusual usage patterns that may indicate violation of this policy or that negatively impact our service for other British subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights under UK and international law. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using our service.

7. Monitoring and Enforcement

  • Permanently terminate your account without refund
  • Report illegal activities to appropriate UK authorities
